Terms & Conditions

1. Our offers and prices are subject to change and binding.

2. We reserve the right to change prices without prior written notice.

3. We try our best to make deliveries as quickly as possible. Information on delivery time is not binding. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contractat any time. In the event of unforeseen obstacles beyond our control, in particular in cases of force majeure, operational disruptions, incomplete or late delivery by our suppliers, etc., the delivery period will be extended accordingly. In the event of unforeseen obstacles, we have the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.

4. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver from our warehouse in Vienna, Austria.

5. Defects in goods must be notified within 14 days of delivery.

6. Returns require our prior consent (except for products bought through out online store). We shall only be liable up to the value of the goods. Further claims, in particular for loss of profit and claims arising from positive breach of contract for indirect damage, are excluded. We are not liable for transport damage. We assign all claims for damages against the relevant transport company to the client. Any transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to the responsible forwarding agent, railroad or post office and, if necessary, recorded in a damage report.

7. Until the full payment of products and shipping, the products will remain in our warehouse.

8. An exchange of purchased goods is only possible within 14 days with delivery of the receipt. Custom-made products cannot be exchanged. Pet food is excluded from exchange. Products bought through our online store can be returned within 14 days regardless of product type.

10. Guardians are liable for their children and pets in the store.

11. Dogs must be kept on a short leash in the store.

12. Vouchers issued by Charly's Shop are valid for 1 year, unless special exceptions apply.

13. Discounted items cannot be returned (except for products bought in through our online store).
