1. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of CHARLY's without prior notice to the customer.
2. In the case that delivery by courier is arranged, both parties can withdraw from the contract at any time no later than 14 days after delivery of goods.
3. In the case that delivery by courier is arranged, the items will be shipped from Vienna, Austria.
4. In the case that delivery by courier is arranged, issues and damages must be documented and reported within 14 days of delivery.
5. In the case that delivery by courier is arranged, the ordered items will remain in the possession of CHARLY's until the order is paid for fully.
6. Products bought or ordered in physical CHARLY's locations can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Discounted, custom-made or tailored items, as well as edible pet items can not be exchanged. This rule does not apply to orders made online.
7. Other than for online orders, prior consent by both parties is required for a refund or exchange. CHARLY's store shall only be liable up to the value of the goods purchased. Further claims, in particular for transportation, loss of profit and claims arising from positive breach of contract for indirect damage, are not to be satisfied unless legally required. Damage to items during transportation is to be reported to the relevant delivery service provider.
8. In physical CHARLY's stores, guardians are liable for damages caused by their children or pets.
9. Dogs must be kept on a short leash in physical CHARLY's stores.
10. Discount codes and vouchers issued by CHARLY's are valid for 1 year, unless special conditions apply.
