Street parking may also be available, but garages offer the most convenient option for a hassle-free visit.
By public transport: The Treat Bar is easy to reach by public transport. You can take the U1, or U3 to Stephansplatz, or the U1 or U4 to Schwedenplatz—both are just a short walk away. If you're coming from the city center, you can also enjoy a pleasant stroll to reach us
How long can an opened treat remain fresh for?
Treats purchased from the containers and jars can remain fresh for up to a year when stored in a cool, dark place. Be sure to keep them in an airtight container to maintain their quality!
Is it possible to return items purchased from the Treat Bar?
Yes, we accept returns on accessories and toys, as long as they are unopened and in their original condition. Food items, including treats from the Treat Bar, cannot be returned. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
How does it work?
When you enter the Treat Bar, you can choose between two sizes of bags and select whichever treats you'd like. Please note that mixing is only allowed within treat categories. If you need assistance, feel free to ask one of our workers for help. Once you've selected your treats, they'll be individually weighed, and then your pup can enjoy all the delicious goodies!
