Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of CHARLY's online shop, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the IT team to analyze data and support improvements in website performance, user experience, and conversions.
- Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights, and regularly report on performance.
- Measure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction performance.
- Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage the customer return process, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate technical issues and improvement needs clearly with the IT team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Ahighereducation degree.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or pet industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and enhancing customer engagement through digital strategies.
- Familiarity with web development, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
- Basic knowledge of the retail industry.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating engaging marketing materials.
